This day started rough for Andy. He was real sick but is just hard headed enough and wanted to go. We got out there and it was real windy and Andy had a quick recovery time. He was loaded with the spirit!!!! Thanks be to God!!
We had a great crowd:
Taz
Mary
Tereasa
Suzie
Jack
Joe
Manson
Rabbit
Donny
Hopper
God again blessed us through all the people that took time to come. It was a little rainy and as I said very windy. Andy taught from Luke 3 1-14 and Psalm 2 10-12. In these verses the main point we wanted to make was the importance to fear God as much as you should feel his love. There is not black and white with God. The scripture from Luke was about John talking to people in his diverse way and it was not too kind but people listened. The questions they asked where easy to answer but hard to do for some people. This was beautiful and Hopper was full of input. Mary drew a picture of a cross and on each side and under it has Hell writ en and on top it had written Heaven. She found this under a overpass and remembered it for many years. Hopper told a story of the train jumpers. The people use to get food and leave what they did not eat with a note for the next person to eat it. Which was just what John told the people to do when they have fed themselves to give the rest to others who do not have anything.
When it came time for prayer we had a lot of requests and thanks be to God. Rabbit had a great prayer it was like the Rabbit we all loved. Rabbit seemed real alert today and cried a few times. Mary was very sad. We prayed a silent prayer for her. After all was done we took Mary and Donny to the next exit so Mary could take Donny home. He is having a hard time with his back.
This was a good day and as usual Andy and I got so much out of sharing our Lord. All glory goes to God.
John 3:16-17
"16For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him."
God Bless
