Church at the Cove : March 23, 2008

Sunday was a blessing to us. Mary and Donny came to church with us. No one else was waiting to go to church.

Mary seemed very happy to be there. Donny is just so happy to be in church. We picked them up at 8:40. We all got to church and ate brunch. There were several people that came up to them and just welcomed them back. People sat and talked to them. They fit in so good and seem so content. Mary seemed a little nervous and when Donny got to interact with the kids he just let out this laugh of joy that made me want to cry. At 10 we started the service and Donny and Mary just listened so close. The sermon was that of celebration for the Resurrection of Jesus. After service Donny was so tired so we went home. I took them home with some quiche and some grapes. I was told that Joe had to stay home and watch the dogs.

I got a quiche for the Cove group and when I went out there I seen Taz, Ron, Manson, Hopper, Vinny all sitting there so I dropped off some sweats and a quiche for them so enjoy.

Easter is a celebration of God's love and let it be present to all.
